Our shipping policy confirms that all products will be shipped within 10 days from your order. Unless alternative arrangements have been made beforehand, all orders are shipped via Priority Mail at an additional cost of $4.95 to the purchaser; regardless of order size. Selfhelpguidedimagery.com

Money Back Guarantee! Need to be notified within 24 hours upon receipt of a damaged or non-playing item, and it will be replaced.

CD's are normally mailed out within Ten-business day after your order is received. Orders are sent from New York, and should normally arrive within ten days. Locations across North America, and within a week or two to most locations overseas.
